These terms are an agreement between you and Mohannad Azzi ("we", "us") about your use of the game Sokoban Skies. By installing or playing it, you accept them. If you do not, please uninstall the game.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Sokoban Skies on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. That licence lasts as long as you comply with these terms.
We keep ownership of the game: its code, art, sound, levels, name and design. Nothing here transfers any of it to you.
Sokoban Skies is free to play, and has no purchases. Every one of its levels can be reached and finished without paying anything. If a purchase is ever added, these terms will say so before it ships.
The game gives you five lives. Restarting a level, or leaving one part-solved, uses one; finishing a level uses none. A life returns every thirty minutes, up to five, and you can also choose to watch an ad for one.
Lives are a pacing feature, not property: they have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and we may change how many there are, how fast they return, or remove them altogether in a later version.
The game shows a full-screen ad after a level you have finished, at most one every three minutes, and never during a puzzle. You may also choose to watch an ad in exchange for a life; that is always your choice, and declining costs you nothing you had already earned.
Ads come from Google AdMob. We do not control which specific ads appear. What information is involved, and the choices you have, are described in the Privacy Policy.
Your solved levels, stars, best moves, settings, hints and lives are stored on your device. There is no cloud save and no account.
This means progress does not follow you to another device, and uninstalling the game deletes it permanently. We cannot recover it.
We may update the game, add or change levels, change how features work, or stop distributing it. The game does not need a network connection to play, so a copy you already have keeps working if our involvement ends.
Sokoban Skies is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Nothing in these terms removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be removed by agreement. In some countries that includes a guarantee that goods and digital content are of acceptable quality; those rights stand regardless of what this section says.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost progress, or for loss of profit or data arising from your use of the game. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the game in the twelve months before the claim, or ten United States dollars.
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You can end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the game. We may end it if you breach these terms in a way you do not put right. Sections 8, 9 and 11 survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your own country and may bring proceedings there.
