Please read these terms before you play. By tapping Accept and Continue you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Cards52.
1. Who these terms are with
Cards52 ("the app") is published by [LEGAL_NAME] ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and us. They are not an agreement with Apple or with Google, and neither company is responsible for the app or for anything in it.
2. Who may use Cards52
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the permission of a parent or guardian, and you must have the bill payer's permission before making any purchase.
3. Your licence to use the app
We give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to install and play Cards52 on devices you own or control. You may not copy, sell, rent, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app or its artwork, and you may not use it for anything unlawful.
4. Coins
Coins are a licence to use a feature inside the app. They are not money and have no value outside Cards52. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another player or another account, or redeemed for anything other than the in-app items they buy.
Coins are stored on your device. If you uninstall the app, clear its data or switch to another device, your coin balance may be lost and we cannot restore it.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
Every payment is taken and processed by Apple or by Google, not by us. The price is shown to you before you confirm, in your own currency.
Remove Ads is a subscription. It renews automatically for the period you chose, at the price shown, until you cancel it. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, in your Apple ID subscription settings or in the Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for.
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies. Nothing in these terms affects rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
6. Advertising
Cards52 is free to play and is supported by advertising, which is served through Google AdMob. A Remove Ads subscription removes the ads that interrupt play. Optional rewarded ads — the ones you choose to watch in exchange for a hint, an undo or an extra life — remain available, and remain optional, whether or not you subscribe.
7. Fair play
Please do not cheat, automate play, tamper with the app or its saved data, or try to obtain coins or a subscription without paying for them. We may suspend or end your access to the app if you do.
8. Ownership
We own the app, its code, artwork, sounds and the name Cards52. The card and board games themselves are traditional games that belong to no one, and we claim no ownership over their rules.
9. The app is provided as it is
We work to keep Cards52 running well, but we provide it as it is, without any warranty that it will be uninterrupted or free of faults. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app changes. If we make a significant change, the app will ask you to read and accept the new version the next time you open it. Continuing to use Cards52 after that means you accept the updated terms.
11. Apple and Google
This agreement is between you and us alone. Apple has no obligation to provide any support or maintenance for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the app to you; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation in respect of the app. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to a legal requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection law. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
12. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction over any dispute.
